CAM Advises EXIM Bank on Financing of 14 Renewable Energy Assets

CAM acted as legal advisers to EXIM Bank in relation to financing of 14 renewable energy assets—comprising 11 solar power projects and 3 compressed biogas (CBG) plants (located across India) of HPCL Renewable & Green Energy Limited (HPRGE)—a wholly owned subsidiary of Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited.

This deal marks financial closure of Phase 1 of HPCL’s green energy initiative, which is currently focused on captive usage for HPCL’s group companies.
