Essential Qualification and Experience
Senior Legal Officers
• The candidate shall be a holder of a master’s degree (LLM) and a charter holder from recognized university.
• Five years of experience in handling legal cases will be required.
• The candidate should have knowledge of all types of laws related to food and drugs, services, administrative matters and departmental inquiries, etc. so that he can carry out legal proceedings efficiently.
• The candidate should have adequate knowledge of Marathi, Hindi, and English languages.
Legal Officer
• The candidate shall be a holder of a Law Degree (LL.B.) and a charter holder from recognized university.
• Three years of experience in handling legal cases will be required.
• The candidate should have knowledge of all types of laws related to food and drugs, services, administrative matters and departmental inquiries, etc. so that he can carry out legal proceedings efficiently.
• The candidate should have adequate knowledge of Marathi, Hindi, and English languages.
