The Serious Fraud Investigation Office (SFIO), Ministry of Corporate Affairs is inviting applications for the post of Assistant Director (Corporate Law).
Location: New Delhi
No. of Posts: 4
Pay-Scale: Level- 07 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC.
Educational Qualification:
(i) Bachelor degree in Law from a recognized University or Institute; OR
(ii) Integrated Bachelor degree in Law (Five Years’) from a recognized University or Institute; OR
(iii) Bachelor degree in any discipline from a recognized University or Institute and Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
Desirable:
(i) One year’s experience in the field of Corporate Law.
(ii) Should be conversant with the tools and techniques of collection of evidence or recording of statements and presentation of evidence in proceedings.
Age Limit:
• 30 years for UR
• 40 years for PwBDs
