CJI BR Gavai Recuperating in Hospital, To Resume Duties Shortly

Chief Justice of India BR Gavai was hospitalised in Delhi after he contracted a severe infection during his recent visit to Telangana.

He is responding well to treatment and is expected to resume official duties in a day or two, official sources informed. The CJI did not hold Court today.
