Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas Advises Arkade Developers on Filmistan Acquisition

CAM advised and assisted Arkade Developers Limited (“Arcades“), a listed company, in the acquisition of 100% of the share capital (on a fully diluted basis) of Filmistan Private Limited (“Film“). As part of the transaction, Arkade acquired equity shares of Filmistan, from the individual shareholders.

The transaction team was led by Rishiraj bhatt, Partner and Soumya Srivastava, Partner.

Rishiraj bhatt, Partner; with support from Kinnari Jain, In – designate; and Shrutika Salvi, Consultant; carried out real estate due diligence and advised and assisted in negotiation and finalization of documentation relating to acquisition of shares of Filmistan from real estate perspective.

Soumya Srivastava, Partner; with support from Shubhangi singh, Associate; and Samaksh khanna, Associate; handled the corporate due diligence and documentation relating to acquisition of shares of Filmistan.
