Location: The chosen candidate could also be posted at any workplace/ office/ Undertaking models of NCRTC or any of the subsidiaries/ Joint Ventures of NCRTC.

Academic Qualification: LL.B.
Expertise: Minimal 03 years of post-qualification expertise.
Job Description:
– Supervision of Courtroom instances.
– Offering authorized help in Arbitration issues.
– Drafting of replies, petitions, purposes and many others. in session with engaged Advocates and anxious departments.
– Attending Courtroom/ Arbitration hearings & Liaison with Advocates.
– Due diligence/ vetting of paperwork w.r.t. Land Acquisition.
– Drafting/ Vetting of MoU, Agreements and many others.
– Rendering Authorized opinions on completely different points posed by Departments now and again.
– Authorized Vetting of paperwork together with RTI replies.
– Evaluation/ Interpretation of Contractual provisions.
– Preparation of replies to Authorized Notices.
– Compliance of Labour Legal guidelines.
– Processing of instances for empanelment of Advocates & Arbitrators.
– Formulating phrases & situations of empanelment and engagement.
– Processing charges of Advocates.
– Help in acquiring authorized opinion from exterior authorized specialists.
– Attending departmental conferences and offering authorized inputs which require common authorized information updation by means of authorized analysis.
