Families Seek Justice: Unraveling the Air India Crash Mystery

In a bid for justice, 65 families from India and the UK who lost loved ones in the Air India crash on June 12 have retained the US-based law firm Beasley Allen to explore legal avenues. Prominent aviation attorney Mike Andrews visited the crash site in Ahmedabad and met with affected families.

During a press interaction in Vadodara, Andrews pointed out the families’ quest for clarity and legal options, contingent on investigative findings. He urged Indian authorities to release the flight’s data recorder information, which is critical for legal proceedings and holding parties accountable.

The crash of Air India’s Boeing 787-8 killed 241 passengers and 19 ground residents. As investigations unfold, Andrews underscores the importance of transparency and legal recourse in the US, to challenge manufacturers if needed. The pursuit for answers continues in the affected regions of Gujarat and Diu.
