Anoma Legal is inviting applications for the position of Associate in its Fintech Regulatory Team based in Bangalore. The firm is looking for talented legal professionals with prior experience in the fintech, banking & finance regulatory space.

Position

• Role: Associate – Fintech Regulatory
• Location: Bangalore
• Experience: 2–3 Years Post Qualification Experience (PQE)
• Team: Fintech Regulatory

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in law (LL.B.) from a recognized institution
• 2–3 years of relevant PQE
• Experience in fintech regulations (RBI, SEBI, IRDAI, etc.)
• Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements related to fintech partnerships and regulated entities
• Exposure to debt capital markets or general debt practice
• Background in Banking & Finance / Fintech preferred

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on fintech-related regulatory frameworks (RBI, SEBI, IRDAI)
• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements in the fintech space
• Provide regulatory advice and assist with compliance matters
• Engage in matters involving debt capital markets and banking regulations
