The Patna Excessive Court docket has directed the State to formulate an Motion Plan for the regulation, registration and monitoring of the orchestra/dance/theatre teams accused of trafficking minor children.

The Senior Counsel for State had submitted that within the garb of working orchestra/dance teams, minor kids are subjected to trafficking and exploitation, which is impermissible and if allowed to be continued unchecked, would solely result in frustration of the very coverage for shielding the youngsters.

The Court docket requested the State to take speedy motion in case any such trafficking is reported in any of the orchestra/dance/theatre teams working within the State and reply to it by the subsequent date.
