Public Prosecutor Vacancy At Wildlife Crime Control Bureau
The Wildlife Crime Control Bureau (WCCB) under Ministry of Environment Forests and Climate Change, is inviting applications for the post of Public Prosecutor on a deputation basis.
Location: New Delhi

Pay-Scale: Rs. 15,600-39,100/- per month (Level-10 of 7th CPC)
Educational Qualification: LL.B.
Eligibility:
a) Officers under the Central Government or State Governments or Union Territories
b) (i) holding analogous posts in the parent Cadre or Department
(ii) with two years’ service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in the Level-8 of 7th CPC or pay band-2, Rs.9300-34800 with grade pay of Rs. 4800 (pre-revised) or equivalent in the parent cadre or department; or
(iii) with three years’ service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in posts in the Level-7 of 7th CPC or pay band -2, Rs. 9300-34800 with grade pay Rs. 4600 (pre-revised) or equivalent in the parent cadre or Department, and
c) Possessing the following educational qualifications and experience:
(i) Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a recognized university;
(ii) Three years experience in handling prosecution of criminal cases.
d) Period of deputation including period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organization or Department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not exceed three years.
e) The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation shall not be exceeding 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of applications.
