Rajasthan High Court Orders Accused To Contribute To ‘Swach Bharat Abhiyan’ Under ‘Community Service’ Provision Of BNSS

The Rajasthan Excessive Courtroom has requested an Accused to contribute to the ‘Swach Bharat Abhiyan’ underneath the availability of ”neighborhood service” as enshrined underneath the Bhartiya Nayay Sanhita.
The Courtroom was contemplating a Bail Utility in an FIR registered for the offences punishable underneath Sections 8 & 21 of Narcotic Medicine and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.
