Supreme Court rejects plea seeking hand over of Mahabodhi Mahavira temple management to Buddhists

The Supreme Courtroom on Monday refused to entertain a petition searching for instructions at hand over the administration and management of Bihar’s Mahabodhi Mahavira temple to Buddhists.

The Bench of Justice MM Sundresh and Justice Ok Vinod Chandran stated that the Apex Courtroom couldn’t immediately entertain a petition filed below Article 32 of the Structure on the problem.
